Below you will find a variety of resource links ranging from web page listings of other water organizations, to web pages where you can find the latest research findings.   • Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) Free Downloadable Publications
    SWFWMD offers a variety of free downloadable publications covering water conservation, water quality, teacher resources, landscaping, and social marketing resources. It also offers a free water use calculator tool that allows members of the public to calculate their water use. Near the left hand side of the screen, you can filter by topic = conservation. 
  • The Water Page
    The Water Page is an independent initiative dedicated to the promotion of sustainable water resources management and use. A particular emphasis is placed on the development, utilization and protection of water in Africa and other developing regions. Links page.
  • United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Water Sense Program
    WaterSense is a U.S. EPA-sponsored partnership program that seeks to protect the future of the USA's water supply by promoting water efficiency and enhancing the market for water-efficient products, programs, and practices. This site has a variety of water conservation information and resources.
  • United States Geological Survey (USGS) Water Resources Glossaries
    USGS Resources page provides a variety of glossaries and definitions for water related terms.
  • Water Conservation Basics
    This web page answers basic questions about water conservation, with a focus in some sections on the USA. Suggested by children at the Brenham Community Center in Texas, USA.
