The guidebook then provides a range of practical and actionable measures that target the barriers for each consumer segment. The list of actions is then further subdivided according to the appropriate messenger: government; non-government organization (NGO); consumer affairs group; or automotive dealer. In total, the guidebook identifies 28 potential interventions that target specific barriers. |
